In section Configure the client app (msal-react-spa) to use your app registration we must to replace the placeholder with the Application ID URI instead of the Application ID (client)

Purpose

• The documentation specifies that when defining the scopes in the AuthConfig.js of the SPA application you must use the Application ID of the API but the correct thing to do is to use the Application ID URI.
